Terms and Conditions of boarding Dogs, Cats and Small Animals:

By Booking my Pet in I confirm that I will keep the contact details up to date, agree to the terms and conditions for all bookings present and future with Lindrick Kennels Ltd and Lindrick Cats & Small animals:
All animals accepted at the owner’s risk.
No animals will be accepted unless proof of inoculation is furnished upon arrival.
All dogs receiving kennel cough vaccinations must do so 28 days before boarding.
We reserve the right to use Wildbore-Vetstop in the case of emergency or out of hour’s visits.
We accept no responsibility for more than one dog sharing a kennel providing both dogs are from the same family and the owners are happy to share.
We cannot guarantee any bedding or toys will be in a condition suitable to be returned to the owner and are left at the owners own risk.
We will give your pets the medications provided by the owners or vets whilst boarding, we will not be responsible if conditions/illness do not improve, in this instance we will contact your vets for further instructions. There are however situations when your pets will not allow us to safely apply medications, in this instance we will contact your vets for further instructions in your absence. Please note Pets are not covered by our insurance for pre-existing conditions.
Bookings cancelled with less than seven days’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
We have set opening times and ask that they are kept to, other times are available by appointment only and may incur a surcharge.
All Animal Boarding is charged Per Day unless collected before 11am.
Long term boarding is charged at usual rates but payment is needed every 14 days. We are able to accept BACS payments or PayPal details on request at time of boarding. Any pets not collected 7 days after their due date will be classed as abandoned and dealt with accordingly.
If contact with us is not maintained or payments are not received, we reserve the right to presume you have abandoned your pet and we will have to get the local licensing to take the pet.
Payment methods accepted are cash or debit/credit card only upon arrival or departure, cheques are no longer accepted except for deposits received by post.
